Respected Sir/Madam, I had withdrawn admission from Master of Fashion Management (M.F.M.) program from National Institute Of Fashion Tehnology (NIFT) of MINISTRY OF TEXTILES on 6th August 2012 from Gandhinagar centre due to some personal reasons. I sent cancellation form along with fees receipt to both Head Office Delhi and Gandhingar centre. But yet I have not received the refund of mess fees as well as security deposit, as 6 months completed I should got it. My Roll no. is 963110445, admission dated 06/07/2012. My Details for fees payment- 1. Receipt no. 43333 dated 06/07/2012 amount of Rs.61750/- paid by DD no. 762028(SBI). 2. Fees Receipt no. 6050 dated 26/07/2012 of amount Rs. 17610/- paid by DD no. 20800 by Axis Bank (This fees was paid for Mess fees 15210, Bus Fees- 2000, Internet fees- 200 which I hadn’t used at all) Excess fees- 200. As per concerned clerk and MFM staff this fees is refundable and I will get these fees after deducting my mess charges of 10 days (from 26/07 to 06/08/12) as I cancelled admission on 06/08/2012. So kindly help me to get the refund of fees/ security deposit as early as possible because I waited for it 6 months with enough patience. I tried to contact NIFT Gandhinagar centre as well as new delhi head office through email and phone calls but not got positive response. I will be very thankful of you if you help me to get my refund cheque as well stop this mental and economic harassment. It is not good for Govt. Institute like NIFT. With regards.
