I appeared in JEE counselling conducted by CSAB in july 2013. The counselling fee was 40000rs. I did not get any seat in counselling so my money had to be refunded. Its about 4months gone but my money is not refunded. They are not picking up the phone,they only reply in email & they only write ‘money is refunded in your account’. I have sent them the scan copy of my passbook to prove that money is not refunded. But they dont reply,they are not giving any information about verification of account in which they refunded the money. Please do some thing about this issue.

i just want my money to be refunded,with interest because its too late for a refund process.
