Nirmal Datacomm Pvt Ltd. offers IT certification courses. I enrolled myself for the CCNA certification course fast track batch on 6th Sept 13. Paid the full course fee at the same time. At that time i was told that i would be getting 5 books, an exam voucher worth $295, and course completion certificate within 7-10 days from commencement of the batch. Our batch started on 23-Sept-13 and completed on 3-Oct-13. Although it was supposed to be 10 days course. As of today 21-Oct-13 I do not have Exam voucher, 5 original books, completion certificate.

I want the exam voucher, 5 original books, and the course completion certificate.
