I joined this institute for online training for HR Generalist on 17 october 2013. The guy i spoke to ,shiva collected the registration money from my mother in west delhi , janak puri and informed me over phone that he forgot the reciept book at office.So he gave in written about the money recieved from my mother.He promised to get my training started on 21st Monday with an online trainer and also promised to send my books .However no training was started by the guy and he kept on telling me that he will start the class tomorrow each day i called him.ON friday another executive told me that my books has not even sent, where as this guy called shiva told me it has been sent on Monday itself.all the executives at various centers stopped picking my call when i started calling them.everybody started providing wrong information to me. Now my money is stuck and there is no scope of refund. please help as iam in mumbai at PRESENT
