No action has been taken for a defective PURE IT Auto filter

I am Swarnendu Roy , reside from Saradapally (west) , Post : Rahara, Pin: 700118 , Khardah
I beg to inform you to the fact that
1. I purchased a PURE IT (Auto Fill) water filter device from Sathi Traders , Sodepur on 27th June , 2011 with price RS 2860.My consumer id is 1930659980.
2. But unfortunately the device was defected from the very beginning as the water was leaking form many parts of the body of the device. We informed the Sathi Traders authorities several times (Last on 5th November ) but every time they have avoided their responsibility and pointed their finger towards the PURE IT Company Authorities.
3. We have logged complain about the dispute several times in company also. ( on 14th Aug ,28th Aug, 4th Sep , 26th Sep , 27th Sep, 3rd Nov , 19th Nov ).Every time they gave us complain numbers.
4. Their technician came several times and detected the problem and assured us that they will inform this to their superior authority. But even after 4 months no one did anything.
5. On 4th November a technician( Mr Nityananda Bannick , 8296752051) examined the device and told us that battery of the device has been expired prematurely. It will cost Rs 580 and we need to pay it if we want to change the battery. But the problem will remain and he can’t take responsibility for that.
6. On 20th another technician (Mr Balai Debnath,9088092685) came who previously examined the device and told the same thing that he knew the fact that the device was defective for the very beginning and the battery expired even we could not use it properly in this period. But he can only assemble a new battery if we pay but he don’t have the authority to solve other problems. He can only inform his superior authority.
7. He also mention that according to company documents the device was purchased on 13th 2011 ie 15days before while we have the bill dated 27th June .
8. I have spoken to their local supervisor ( Mr Avijit Nag, 9874559545 ) and Sathi Traders PURE IT representative (Mr Rejaul Islam, 9735553127) number of times. They only gave us some commitment never did anything fruitful.

Sir, for last 4 months we are facing too much harassment for this reason. In this regard I will mention that my father is a patience and he has been advised by the doctor , not to drink ironed water. So we brought it for an emergency purpose. But in reality it has become an insult to injury for us. So I earnestly request you to intervene and take necessary action.
