i decided to port my no. to Vodafone due to inconvenience faced in airtel network. But customer care called me and requested me not to change my no as they will provide me special benefits. till now i hav’nt received any benefits and also whem=n i try to call customer care nobody receive my call.
THEY TOLD ME TO PROVIDE:-
1. free internet pack worth 98/ month for three months
2. 30p/min local call rates and 40p/min std call rates for 3 months.
please help me to sort out my problems and please provide me the benefits that you told me.
