1. I am captain Sankalp Joshi, working in United Bank of India as Security Officer, presently posted at Agartala.
2. I have booked my House Hold Items through Bharti Packers & Movers, O -55, 3rd Floor, P.V.K. Palam Vihar, Gurgaon vide consignment note no 5030 dated 07 July 2009, from Gurgaon to Agartala.
3. The Consignment was booked with Mr Eashwar Singh (9818073813/9899494226/0124-6415964) of this firm.
4. I have paid Rs 17,500/- for the said consignment. The goods were packed on 10 April 2009, when I was residing in a Hostel in gurgaon (C – 30/3, sec – 5, Gurgaon).
5. This consignment was to be delivered at United Bank of India, Durgabari Road, Agartala, Tripura (west), within one month.
6. Till date the goods were not delivered and despite of many reminders Eashwar Singh (9818973813) is not able to loacate the Consignment. It has been 05 months now.
7. May I request you to kindly intervene into the matter and help me in getting my house hold Items as soon as possible.
8. I stand posted to Syndicate Bank and need to leave for bangalore immediately.
