it is with regret that i mention the incompetency and unprofessional show of the DTDC courier services.
i had sent a consignment (P17399383) on the 21/11/11 from Pune to Dimapur with the assurance that the consignment would reach four days from the day of sending. but it has now been more than two weeks and non of the DTDC offices have no idea where the consignment is. i have given written and online complaints (CFD0051207). i would like to particularly mention the lady attendant at Pune Market Yard office for her rudeness. i have every reason to believe in foul play too because i was told to write any amount on the claim sheet and every detail of the contents was asked and also checked. Thinking it to be a part of routine check i did not question initially.. Nevertheless, i wonder how a package could just vanish without a trace.
