I sandeep kumar bhatt, ordered online a nokia lumai 820(white) mobile phone from “indiatimes shopping” on 10 june.2013, and receaved the courier on 13,june,2013. I was shoked when i see nothing in my phone box, the box was empty,there was only a user manual in the box, i complained regarding this to indiatimes, they told me to receive a call from them within 24 to 48 hrs. After that a received a call from complaint manager on 14,jun 2013 at 3 pm he told me that he forwarded my report to the vender.they are delaying the process. Sir, i am a student. I was collecting money for my phone since a lonfg time. It is my humble request to you, kindly ask them for the status for my complaint.i will be thankful to you.
