I booked first class ticket from Delhi to Jaipur on 30th jan 2015, in train no. 12414 with PNR No. 2301735666 and transaction number 100000162457310. my train got cancelled and i have to take personal taxi to reach jaipur, afterwards I did not received any refund on train cancellation, after contacting them they said you have to file TDR within 72 hrs else it is not refundable. complaint is Railways cancelled the train, I could not reach in time to intended place also I incurred 10 times charges with taxi, and i have not recd any refund of my ticket,.. Net net I have to bear all the losses

Delay in my meeting Physically tortured Incurred more charges for going to destination No refund for the cancelled train ticket. Minimum refund of my money on account of IRCTC ticket as i am not at fault,, if WL ticket refund comes automatically why cant’ cancelled train ticket refund we have to file TDR.
