no responds to my complaints

I am unable to send msg from 20jan 2010. I made my 1st complaint on 23 jan 2010 via complaint No- 0123008726 they checked my msg center No n other setting and told me that its their network problem and they will resolve in 3 days .
Again on 26 Jan 2010 i made my 2nd complaint via complaint No. 0126006005 and they assured me that they will fix the problem in 3 days. but my problem remain the same .
on 2nd Feb. i visited airtel gallery and made the complaint on 999 where again i was given a complaint no 0202599514 and a assurance to fix it in 24 hrs time . but my problem was same and no complaint was addressed
Again on 5 Feb. 2010 i made a complaint on 198 and i was assured and also given zonal officer no. if my problem remained the same .
Till today my problem is same to day when i called the customer care i am again given a complaint No. 0211162872 and they have taken 3 days time also.
I tried calling zonal officer for almost 20 time but got the same reply that he is busy and cant attend my call.
