I took a hosting plan from company. The company claimed to have server uptime almost 99.99% with proper respond of email within 24 hours. The server of the company is almost down every-time and very slow. The company claimed to refund back amount if customer is not satisfied. I sent them email for server issue since my website is always down due to their poor server. But they have not responded and when i ask them refund still they have not replied. Now,from past 3 days they have blocked my hosting account and not responding me. My all confidential data are stored on their server and they are not giving me access of the server. I have sent them email for this also but still they are not responding any of my email or phone.
I want my money back with all my data stored on their server and reason why they blocked my account. Altogether the compensation for losing my clients due to blocking my account.
