I exchanged a samsung Split Ac on 16 MAy 2009, earlier i was using LG for the last 4 years this time i tried samsung,but that was my wrong decision , the AC is not working properly from the day one i filed a complaint regarding this an engineer came he said he is new he can not do much,and now from 24 june till date ( 29 06/09) i am waiting for there response .
the response from there customer care centre is really a shame to a company like SAMSUNG.
every day they say the engineer is on the the way , he will be there any moment.
now i have made up my mind that i will go to consumer court & will never recommend any one to buy samsung products.
