this refers to my complaint id:60572/2/2013 where again after making repeated calls to company there is no positive reply yet. neither i received my cell phone nor any contact was made from their end. every time one idiot customer support picks up the phone and tells me that we are looking into the matter and revert back soon. the recent excuse they are making to me is that they had shipped my cellphone on 25/07/13 via bluedart which was not yet received. i just wanted to tell this on 9th of july i had shipped the cellphone back and was received by 11th of july on their end. i suspect their is something fishy.this website is a cheater,they dont want to replace my cellphone and they know their is no service centre at assam, where i can go and replace the cellphone, infact not over the whole of north-east. this is after thorough investigation. motorola is having no service centre at north east. google it.
