I have taken a Laser hair removal package worth Rs. 90000 for an unlimited session. It has to be conducted every month. But after my first appointment on Nov 3rd, 2012 I have not received any appointment from them. Even if I call I am not getting any appointment on one pretext or the other. Nor they are ready to pay me back.

Since one session is over, I have to go through the complete session.

Complete reimbursement from the company along with compensation for neglecting me.
