I submitted my Xolo handset to Xolo Care (n.i.t faridabad), cosmos Services near by badkhal pul N.I.T. Faridabad on 21 july 2015 to repairing. they asked to returned my handset in 2-3 days but they are no responce & again they are asked to me the phone give to me in 15days & they asked there are many problem to your phone. then before 15 days i am call the service center & agian they are asked your phone does not working so i have return the phone 15 days .Agian before 15 days i am call the service center & agian they are asked 2-3 days .total 30 days over but my phone is not repair.(They gave me its Workorder Number(510004951983) Now it’s been almost 30 days passed, I haven’t got my set back. I have called the XOLO customer care(9310999564,9810999564) almost 7-8 times but neither they are telling me any expected date to get my set back nor they are letting me to speak with their seniors. I paid Rs 12300 for this handset and I don’t have anything from the company’s side except a piece of paper containing my mobile phone’s information….! I want my handset back or want my rupees of my handset.
