There is no response or intimation from LICHF even after duration of one month (26 sept 19) and one reminder (26 Oct 19) sent to branch office and backup office via email and personal apperence. There is no proper response from branch office as well(Manager, Alok goyal,9811764784). When they have not disbursed the loan they have created charge on property and its still present on their portal even after more than 18 months, on what principal they are working and showing very poor response to customer. I m sending the mail i sent before and reminder too along with first page of loan that is not disbursed,

This is to inform you that file no 3110009917 showing home loan of 28 lakh on the name of Sharmila devi on 31st march 18 for property DB 67C hari nagar was not disburssed as the deal was cancelled but it still showing as mortage property loan on your portal. You have received the same for cancellation of loan and what information you provided to the civil.
I had purchased the mentioned property and i m getting problem in transferring the same to other bank.
Kindly check your documents and confirm it and issue an certificate regarding no loan issued on the mentioned property as all original papers are with me.
Kindly do as early as possible.

Kindly take necessary action, so that i can transfer my loan easily. If they had done their work properly as per guidelines, i have not been in trouble. Please take necessary and early action on this matter.
