I had Purchased one vacation package from Bagit Today which was to be provided by Yatra on 25th June at a price of 3999. Then later on i got email that i have to pay 499 to Yatra for processing vaction package. I was sent a link by Bagit and when i tried to make payment, the link erroneously tried to debit 3999 rs and when i enquired with Bagit they told me its an IT issue. Then for several days i had to follow up with bagit but after a week they sent me right link on which i made payment of 499. its been more than 10 days since then but i have not recevied any vouvher from bagit or yatra confirming my vacation. Every time i follow up they dont take my call or give the same answer that they have transfered my complaint to concerned department. Till now my complaint is not resolved.

Its been mentally harassing to follow up with bagit team. most of the time they dont pick up calls and whenever the pick they say the samething. but i m mentally tired of following up with them through phone as well as email. amount paid to bagit today is 3999 and yatra is 499

i want vacation package voucher confirmed immediately along with free holiday package which was promised at the time of booking.
