No service by Eureka Forbes within warranty Period

I bought a water purification system from Eureka Forbes Ludhiana. (AQUAGAURD DUO). On 14/812 vide bill 002648. It stopped water intake on 26 Dec 2012. I reported the mater to eureka Forbes on the mobile number of their CSS , Sandeep Kumar in the same day. No rectification happened despite repeated calls to their office at mall road Ludhiana , to mr Raman , mr Sehgal , mr Gora etc. a part was reported by the Ferozepur complaint attendant Gurcharan Singh. Company keeps assuring me that the component is being sent by courier. It has not arrived so far. Now they have stopped answering my phone calls also. Is this the way to treat a under warranty component. ? No service for the last 10 days. I am now being asked to bring the product to their Ludhiana office (120 km away). My family is without clean safe drinking water for over 10 days now just because the company service people don’t want to come and repair the machine. They want it to be brought to their office which is 120 km away. Now my calls also are not responded to. Mobile or landline both. I request urgent action against the officials and damages of Rs 50,000/- for harrasment and health risk to my family.
