The chimney was bought on 05.01.2014. It stopped functioning within a month. I complained with the customer care reference number being 104695 which was done on 14.02.2014. Meanwhile, my husband was severely ill and ultimately he expired and hence I could not follow up. One of the experts visited and stated that the motor of the chimney is not working and needed to replaced. However even after repeated requests at customer care where I spoke to Annu Kaur nothing happened and the chimney is still non-functional till date. Also, I would like to state that I could never reach the local customer care number – 03340161900- which happens to be not reachable a weeklong and executive Mr. Sibnath Das could not be of any help either.

Would request you to change the chimney at the earliest and request you to make sure that my kitchen is put back to normal condition as before with all the dirt and grim being washed off.
