No Servicing done inspite of existing AMC [5/9/09-4/9/10]

No Servicing has been done till date inspite of existing AMC (05/09/2009-04/09/2010)after several request. Last Docket No. HO/472/0710 dated 16/7/2010. From the starting date of AMC in each time when contacted the company assured to do the service but nothing has been done till date. Last servicing was done by the company on 19/12/2009 which was actually the last free servicing due for me. At the time of purchase they assured 3 nos. of Free Servicing.
