I am using airtel connection for the past 5 years.My native place is thodupuzha.
From the past 3 or 4 months the tower in thodupuzha is not working and we are not getting the signal properly.In one call the call is getting disconnected for 2 or 3 times because of very bad signal.
It seems like a wastage of money and time.I have called the customercare and informed but no response.
Is it needed 3 or 4 months to repair the tower or you dont want the customers in thodupuzha.With in 1 or 2 months all the customers in thodupuzha may change their airtel commection.This is damn sure.This is like a cheating from your side.
I dont know where i have to complaint,so i am sending this mail to you people.Hope you can understand the situation.
