respected sir,

iam dr. deepak reddy ,who is having bsnl net connection in hyderabad AT SAIDABAD.my problem is my connection is vvery very slow,NOT ABLE TO OPEN TOAL PAGE, even in hard hours ( late night hours) also .and through out day.
i lodged complaint in bsnl office ,and they r telling with in days going to be improved .but no improvment has not seen since 2months.if it is like that why is giving that area connection.PLEASE IMPROVE SI ,OTHER WISE I DON`T HAVE OPTION ,EXCEPT QUIT UR CONNECTION.
