I Nirbhay Pratap Rao ( DOB 25 OCT 1986 ) given an exam last year in BIRLA SUNLIFE for insurance advisor but unfortunately i have not been pass the exam, after that i again give a exam in ICICI PRULIFE and i pass & get my code, but inspite of failed in BIRLA SUNLIFE exam my PAN NO ( AMLPR1555Q ) has been updated in their system.Because of this mistake from BIRLA SUNLIFE my PAN NO is updated in both company. From march 11 i am not able to get my commision 7 also not able to login any case into my code.I go several time in BIRLA SUNLIFE branch located at JANAKPURI & PITAMPURA, but they are not supporting me to give me NOC, so that i can login new bussiness & get my previous commission.When i spoke to the customer care they are saying that i have to contact with the branch they will give me solution but branch person’s are not giving me support.

Regarding the same thing i have already mark a mail to BIRLA SUNLIFE, at that time they revert me that i have to pay 1500rs. as penalty, i was agree with that but when again i go to the branch the concern person told me that there is no information about this.

Kindly do the needful so that i can generate new bussiness & also get my pending commission.
