Subject : Complaint for non issuance of NOC

Sir

With due respect it is submitted hereunder that I have purchased a vehicle bearing No. HP22A 2250 Mauti Alto under loan no. 1402427 . I have made a full and final payment against the said loan. I have submitted all the documents with a prayer to issue a NOC in my favour. The required documents have been submitted to Sh. Balwinder Makkar, RM, Collection, Industrial area branch, Chandigarh.

I paid several visits to your Jalandhar as well as Chandigarh branch to issue a NOC in my favour. Your officials are not responding to my requests as well as my personal visits. Your officials are intentionally, deliberatly and malafidely is ignoring my requests.

This is very painful to me. When I have paid all the payments then why your officials are not favouring me. This is my last request to you, all the concerned officials.

By this compliant I want to divert your kind intentiion to issue me a NOC with immediate effect. If this has not been done then I have no other remedy except to apporach before consumer courts for thier action and consideration.In that event you will be liable for all kinds of costs and consequences.
