this is to bring to your notice that i am a resident of kadapara whithch is close to swabhumi,just stone throw away is apollo glenaglles hospital,there are constant open air parties with blaring music,disturbing humanity,with ederly people around the area.The land was given at a subsidused rate for a heritage park but it is anything but of hertitage value greedy private organizations have made it a cash cow holding parties and disturbing the peace of the area till the wee hours of the morning……………its is harrowing for the residents
