I purchased Nokia Lumia 925 in December 2013 from Spice Hotspot Store Gurgaon. The handset run fine for one month thereafter there was a issue that the phone screen used to get hang during a call and one can’t do anything on mobile during call. I made complain to Viber for this issue and even to Nokia Care but didn’t got any result. even posted on Nokia Facebook wallpaper but got reply to contact Nokia Care. Almost for one month i did whatever nokia care told me to do… (Reseting phone, Complaining App Viber etc) but no fruitful result. I came to know the exact reason when a friend of mine having similar hanset shown their is a slight gap between screen and mobile body than i went to Nokia care in Gurgaon and shown screen is coming out slightly from the frame they told this is sign of damage caused by me on phone. where as i tried making them understand there is nothing hampered by me on phone not even fallen a single time and the proof is that there is no single scratch on phone and by any chance it must be a big accident that the screen is coming out of mobile there must be a sign of it. But they didn’t accepted any comment of mine and told as per policy we will not accept this handset under warranty. thereafter i complaint in Nokia care and sent them handset photographs but they took one month to say no that handset could not be taken under warranty

get my handset repaired nothing much and if it can’t be repaired than get it changed
