Dar Sir, I purchased a handset Nokia ASDHA-305 From 29, Daily Market, Spencer Plaza, NEYVELI (TamilNadu), A Authorised dealer of Nokia INdia. The mobile is getting swithed off frequently and microphone has stopped working from 17.06.2013. when I went customer service centre to get repaired my mobile , They demanded money for repairing mobile. I have told them for warranty period and show them bill.still they did not agree and asked for money.

Keeping all the problems and financial losses incurred,I should be provided a Financial compensation of RS.6000,with replacement of handset.
