since i have purchased Nokia Asha 311 i am facing various problem with the hand set n battery which is only 8 months old now.Isend it to the service center with the hope that I will never face any problem again but a new problem arise again within few days n automatically vanish away.For instant sometime the handset gets heated up when on charge n the battery drains out within 6hrs,sometime the touch screen stop functioning at all, sometime it gets automatically locked without password and after few hours it gets unlocked,sometime WiFi refuse to connect etc. every time I took it to the care center they told me it is software problem and updated the software without actually solving the root cause of the issues. since my device is under warranty period I m getting all this service free of cost but later I have to pay for it if not repaired properly. My question is if I face so much of problems within the warranty period when it is suppose to run smoothly what is there for me in future. i might hv to dispose the set I bought for Rs 60000 which is not a small amount. My purchase is total waste of money. I need my money back or a trouble free handset for atleast one year of warranty period.
I have the purchase bill with me. I just want to return the handset and want my money back.
