I have already filed a separate complain against Tradus.com but as Nokia is manufacturer of this phone hence they are also liable and as per warranty terms they are also responsible for a replacement of my phone I had ordered Lumnia 720 phone from Tradus.com on 24th of July, which I received on next day. Phone worked proper 2-3 hours after which it screen got blue and phone was not able to boot. I visited nearest Nokia service center they rectified it in 2-3 hours but just after I returned home I noticed its LED flash is not working, I also noticed outgoing voice of phone is not very good also there was some problem with memory as some times it was showing data stored in phone sometimes not. I re-visited Nokia service center on 29th of Aug this time I was given a time of two days. Two days passed I received not any update and I called their office and from then I came to know that I would take 4 days. I registered my complain on chat support for a new handset and then received update that it would take another 7 days to rectify that phone and about replacement they had nothing to say. I paid a big amount for this phone, I could have bought a second hand phone or cheaper phone from Micromax but I chose Nokia and this is how you are dealing with me just by wasting my time. I have filed a complaint against Tradus on core.nic, they are ready to look into the matter but for that they are asking DOA (Dead on Arrival) certificate but Rajesh form your escalation team told me that you don’t give such certificate. Now I just need replacement of my phone that too ASAP; I am not a fool who spent 17000 bucks and borrowing cheap phone from others. Why do they need 15 days to repair a phone I believe 2 days are more than enough to build new phone. Thanks Arvind
