I have Nokia 5230 handset purchased on 30-6-2011, with IMEI number: 357015048822123. Within few months of purchase, it started showing problems and for the same reason, i showed the handset n’ number of times to Nokia care center, in cities where i was located. It was surely a hardware issue and they never gave me satisfactory solution to my phone. Even after repeated visit my hand set was not repaired and this expired my warranty. I lodged complaint on National consumer helpline for the same. But Nokia closed the case without communicating with me and giving a amicable solution. I have a request to Govt, of asking a answer to Nokia of not repairing my phone even after repeated visits to Nokia care during warranty period which ultimately resulted in expired warranty of my phone. Also i request National consumer Helpline to do not close the case created on web site until a consumer is communicated and satisfied with solution. It happens, we poor consumer create a case but opponent companies simply close without giving a solution. Regards, Dr. Jaydeep.
