Nokia India – Manufacturing defact in my phone

Dear Sir / Madam, I bought a nokia mobile Model – LUMIA 925(IMEI-356717056686594) on November 2013 and I had some hardware issues (spot in screen and headphone jack is not working properly) with that device during warranty period. I visited the Nokia care regarding this issue and she has not checked my issues single time just submitted my phone. I have been submitted this device to MAA Communication 13 Shankar Vihar, Opp. Metro Pillar 72, Vikas Marg 110092. I have collected my Nokia device after getting a confirmation call for the same from the Nokia Care Centre. Next day I have checked my device and found that the problem is still not fixed, I have called so many times in NOKIA customer care but they did not provide me any solution.(complain No:- 1-14867306907) Please escalate my issue to high priority as I want my Nokia device before the end of this week. I feel that I had made big mistake by purchasing this mobile and again by giving it to nokia care. I don’t know how long it will take them to repair my mobile. I feel myself totally cheated. I have no Idea where to complain for quick response. I want a Replacement my Mobile as soon as possible. I don’t have so much time to visit nokia office two, three, four times. Please give me some solution.
