Hi last year i bought Nokia lumia 510 mobile on that time the retailer told me Lumia is high defined mobile, in case of theft you can easily get your mobile get lock and found like that, but unfortunatly today morning someone theft my mobile in train, police department not ready to give FIR copy.. eventhough i tried via windows account to lock or erase my mobile. but stil now more than 12 hrs i’m tring to lock my mobile. can’t do anything. dnt buy any branded costly mobiles all are cheating us.. we cant get the worjthy service from any of these fraud guys. for this i have paid 1000 rupess more.

1. i want lock my phone 2. try to get back it. 3. i have paid insurance amount alos for the theft insurance, if i culd not able to find my phone na i need new one against my insurance
