Respected sir/Madam 08/04/14 I DrMrs Salome a Senior Citizen(76 Yrs) have bought a Nokia Mobile from Mobile store limited Home Plaza Himayatnagar Main Road Hyderabad -500029(910 400000) Invoice No 30972/10989768 Dated 30/03/2014 Model No: 358149059077845 ( NKAsha 502 B1) withextended warranty EXWAR 1937823 Sir/Madam within 7 days of me buying the phone I approached the shop where I have bought the phone for having noticed that the phone has many malfunctions,many keys in the touch screen are not functioning so I approached the mobile store who was not ready to replace the phone in spite of my requests that this problem is due to the defective manufacturing problem which can be rectified only by replacing the phone. He has advised me to go to the Nokia Care service centre at Khan Lateef Khan Estates Near LalBahadur stadium Hyderabad Andhra Pradesh.when I approached them with my problem and asked them to replace the phone as it is manufacturing defect they were not ready to replace but only momentarily repaired the phone but the problem is still persisting as many touch screen buttons are not working .The people at the Nokia Care Centre were very hostile in their approach to me and did not even bother to explain me the problem . Sir/Madam please see that my phone is replaced by a new phone as the problem is manufacturing defect which is still persisting as I noticed immediately after I bought the phone and action to be taken regarding the above mentioned Mobile stores and the Nokia Care Centre for their rude action towards their customers and see that their licenses are also cancelled. Kindly help me as a senior citizen I am running from pillar to post for no fault of mine and my problem is solved by being replaced by a new phone Dr Salome (Aged 76Yrs) Phone : 9704687240
