Nokia India – Nokia care can refuse to extend my warranty

I have submitted my mobile at nokia care centre based at adajan and name is Communication merchant, surat. As per the purchase bill, my warranty is valid till 11/11/13 however, when requested for extended warranty the same could not be done. The reason given to me is “as the warranty is expired in our system, the same could not be extended”. I would like to know that one I purchase any mobile from any store and the validity is with in the defined time frame, how the nokia care can refuse to extend my warranty. . Initially I submitted my mobile related to non start up. However as per the nokia care executive software was updated. Later on when I brought the mobile, I started facing problem related to use of 3G. My mobile is getting hot to such an extent that half of the screen is getting black while operation. The mobile while resubmitting it was told to me that there is no such problem in the mobile and you can pick the same from our nokia care. But when I requested to extend the warranty they refused. Soon after 1 month I started facing same problem which I got repaired with in the warranty period. At present my mobile is not working and the entire delay has been dues to sluggish response of Nokia Care India.

I am ready to pay for mobile warranty extension for another one year. The problem which was repaired in warranty is to be repaired free of cost as the same problem occurred with in a month and during the entire process request for mobile warranty extension was pending and under review at Nokia care India.
