I bought a brand new Nokia Lumia 720 investing 17,100 in Sangeetha mobiles, CMH road, Bangalore. I used it for two weeks I faced a severe problem with the MIC since it is a defect piece(the person I am speaking to is not audible,but speech recognition and voice recording works fine and this problem automatically gets corrected after 3 days and happens again). As I am a software Engineer and Embedded Engineer I gagged the issue. I gave for 1st service after 3 weeks of my phone purchase. And again I faced the same problem and gave it for service for the 2nd time in Nokia Accurate Care,CMH Road, Bangalore and also demanding for replacement. Even for the second time they did not provide replacement, in behalf they sent my new mobile to Delhi for major service.And when I got it after 2nd service there were lot of scratches on my new mobile screen. They assured me that you won’t face this issue again. But again after 2nd service getting my mobile I faced the same problem. And again went to Nokia care to claim for replacement, but they again sent it to Delhi only for service not for replacement.Since I have got the mobile, it is there only in the service center and I am unable to use my costly mobile. I just hardly used it for two weeks. When I contacted Nokia customer care for 10 to 15 times they have taken the complaint for replacement. But now they are telling me that your device is ready you can collect it and we have no policy to provide replacement. For the 4th time if I get the mobile back from service center for sure I will face the same problem and again I have to go to service center for 4th service. Main thing I want is the replacement of my mobile. -I need a brand new Nokia lumia 720 for this defective mobile which goes often to the service centre often. -I need answer and fund for my physical/economic/mental damage caused till date. And you have to take an action for the below Brand/Dealer for not treating and helping me properly: 1. Accurate Nokia Care(Service), 1st Floor, 80 feet CMH Road, Opp ICICI Bank, CMH Road, Bangalore.(Not providing me the proper solution) 2. Nokia India (Not providing me replacement for my Rs.17,100) 3. Sangeetha mobiles(Dealer), CMH road, Bangalore (For not helping me out and supporting regarding this)
