Nokia India – Not Working Handset Properly

Dear Sir/Madam, i am your customer from last 7 years and i highly satisfied with your services.bt this time i m fed up from your phone & services I have purchased Nokia Lumia 520 in Aug 2013 , from i have purchased your phone i m in trouble. in 7 months 4 times i am going to your service centres. 1.) Going to your service centre in batala (Punjab) for not complainting that phone is not working properly and your service centre update my phone software. 2.) 2nd time i am going to your service centre for battery backup & again he is asking about update your phone software bt after my humble requests they will replace my battery. 3.) After that from last 2 months i am facing the problem with handset that again battery backup , whatsapp not working properly &also games are not running properly .today i m going to your amritsar (Punjab) service centre for above complaints & again your employee asking for update phone software,then he is asking for give your phone for checkup for 15 days after that we’ll inform you that what is the problem, after my humble request they will ready to give me a service mobile Note: Your Employees gives me a Service Mobile which is not supported mails & whats app,then i’ll refuse to accept the service mobile & i have canceled my Job Sheet. Plz let me know that is this your service . One customer of your harras from date of Purchase.Also behaviour of your service centre employees is very bad no one satisfy the customer.

i want to change my handset.
