Nokia India – phone not working properly, bad service

i purchased NOKIA LUMIA 720 IMEI no. 355911055955263 on 18/05/2013.but from the first week it was not working properly. it turned off automatically, i went to the phonemerchants, surat from where i purchesed,(Bill voucher no.1340) they fixed the problem in their shop only., n explained how to switch it on when it turned off automatically. then it was going on for the next week it got turned off n i was turning it on, then d problem got even worse it was not getting on after my several attempts. i went to surat to phonemerchants – which is about 42kms from my house where i live in Bardoli.the person in shop send my to NOKIA CARE as she was not able to fix the problem in shop. the nokia care ppl told me that there is a software problem and they will install the software n all my data, contacts in phone will be erased. as i had no choice to back up the data as phone was not getting on i had to allow them to do whatever necessary to fix the problem in my phone.thus the phone was once again came in my hand as i had got on the date of purchase. the blank. then for a couple of hours it worked with slight auto vibrations and the phone was getting home screen automatically though the end key is not pressed n at the middle of writting email or sending post on whatsapp or even between any application is running. then the period brtwee to consequitive vibration started getting smaller n finally it came to that condition when i was not able to turned phone on, as on switching on it contineously vibrates n screen automatically blinks. again i had to go to phonemerchant from my home town Bardoli when i find free time, and they send me to nokia care to run soft ware, then again for the third time the same problem attacked n i went to this phone merchants on 28/09/13,n they finally agreedthat it is a hardware problem n need to send to Delhi. n as on date today- not returned me my phone.the standby phone they gave me is nokia x2-01, is not sufficient to fulfil my need.

first of all i want the phone merchant to explain my why they are not answering my phone, n secondly i dont want this phone any more as it has become nightmare =. the way it had annoyed me by vibrating n not working at the time when i was in its need the most.as i had very experience with this company i dont want to use their phone, i am ready to purchase same configuration other brand phone with extra payment if any.
