I have submitted my Nokia Lumia 920 for repair under warranty on 24th March 2014. The phone is 8 months old. I have been following up with nokia and all they are saying that the phone has been sent to backend team. It has been 35 days since i have submitted my phone. I wanted to talk to escalation management but they provide me any contact details as they say it is against their security policy.

Nokia itself has admitted that the phone has lots of problems and probably has Manufacturing defect. As these problems have occured inside warranty i want my Lumia 920 replaced with another LUmia 920 or equivalent.
