DETAILS:- Mobile Model No : LUMIA720 (BLACK) ESN/IMEI Number : 355911057206004 Warranty Ref Number : GINY01214295270 Job Sheet Number : 881433527/130705/26 Job Sheet Date : 05.07.2013 Purchase Shop Name : M/s TEENS GALLERY,GARH ROAD, MEERUT Purchase Bill No : 1981 Date Of Purchase : 19.06.2013 Major Problem : Touch Pannel is not working Iam facing problem from the 1st day onwards. I have observed above problem 2/3 days after purchasing.. But problem was remain same. I went to shop and informed the same. He send my mobile to Nokia Care Centre(IT Gain, Meerut for servicing.

I want either my money back or new sealed pack phone as i have not uses it once, since the day i purchase it.
