sir, i bought a nokia n8 device on 07.07.2013 in rs. 20600/-. after using it 2 weeks i got a problem in this handset they swaped the set in 25 days. after 7 months there was a major problem started in this set. company again swaped the handset in 20 days. after this they again repaired and swaped the set two times but the problem was remain standing. they gave me used old handset. that is also not crrect set. and now they are just ignoring my complain. right now also my hanset is in nokia care. please help me sir.

in this case i mently, physicaly and economicaly tortured….i lost almst rs. 5000/-

i want my money back or a new nokia n8 device…
