Dear sir, I am madhusudan Jadhav using Nokia lumia 620. The phone has mainly memory access problem. The details as bellows, 1) there is no file manager or explorer which can cut,copy,move the content of phone memory to sd card or reverse. 2) third party apps has no rights and options to store the downloaded contents to sd card.due to that phone memory fills with downloaded contents. 3) also if i connect the phone to pc then downloaded files by the third apps does not seen on the pc. I have contacted customer care several times but they say that it is for phone security. And they have no answer about this. This is basic feature that every phone has. If the company has such the basic restrictions then company should give hardware and software operation instruction before purchase. Please look in to the matter.
