Nokia Lumia 625 Heating up network hanging

I had purchased a Nokia Lumia 625 Mobile handset on 6 September 2014 from Croma, Odeon Cine Complex Connaught Place, New Delhi. At the onset itself I was faced with problems: 1) Within a week of purchasing the instrument the battery was draining out so fast that I had to continually keep on charging it. 2) As the following week progressed I noticed that the instrument was heating up and the network was hanging. 3) On 22 September 2014, I decided to take the instrument to the Nokia Care Centre in Karol Bagh, New Delhi. They examined the instrument, apparently fixed it and it was returned to me the same day after waiting for about 45 minutes. 4) On 23 October 2014, the mobile instrument switched off on its own and could not be switched on. 5) On 24 October 2014, I again proceeded to visit the Nokia Care Centre in Karol Bagh, New Delhi. But unfortunately the center was closed being a holiday and I had to return home. 6) On 25 October 2014, I again returned to the Nokia Care Centre in Karol Bagh, New Delhi. The staff checked my mobile and asked me to leave the same with them for further investigation as the problem could not be rectified on the spot. I was told to check on Monday with the center as to when the instrument would be returned. Job Sheet Details: Number: 104433527/141025/011 7) On 27 October 2014, I called up the center on 9999996xxx and I was advised that the instrument would be returned after 15 days. 8) I made a complaint at your customer care center on 27/10/2014 and was assured that I would get a call within 24 hrs. 9) Apparently Customer Care called me on 28/10/2014 when I was busy in a meeting and was unable to attend to the call. I never received another call thereafter. It seems that the Nokia’s staff time is more valuable than mine, even though I am the aggrieved person. Courtesy demanded that they wait for some time and then call back. Instead they call up back to back when I was unable to attend to the call. 10) I called up again at Customer Care on 29/10/2014 at app. 1200 hrs, and was told that I did not pick up the call and hence they would register my complaint. I was asked for a convenient time which I advised was at 1400 hrs. No call came through. 11) I called up again on 29/10/2014 for the second time at 1500 hrs, and was told that my complaint would be registered. To say the least I am very disappointed with the purchase of this mobile. My previous mobiles of other companies did not give any problem and here I purchase a new mobile and have been faced with problems from the very start. Put yourself in my shoes and see how you would have reacted to the same situation. I would like this defective instrument to be REPLACED and NOT REPAIRED.
