I had purchased a New Nokia Lumia 720 smartphone on 18th of August 2013. Within 2 weeks I started facing multiple issues like 1) no sound from the phone, no music (as if it is always on silent mode) 2) very high number of call drops 3) continuous hanging problem 4) intermittent sound problem during the calls 5) contact names not appearing in incoming outgoing calls 6) phone restarts automatically on simple operations like a photo click When I read about the problems online I realised that many of the problems are known defects with this handset, even the authroized personnel had accepted on phone that this handset had some problems but the newly manufactured products have been improved. I have lost confidence on this phone and for the past 1 month I have been following up with Nokia for a refund wherein they have atlast agreed to provide a replacement which is not at all acceptable for me.
I want a refund of my amount or an option to buy a different brand with the amount already spoilt in buying this phone. Kindly help
