I have already registered my complain about my Nokia Lumia 720 mobile, complaint ID is 65509.2.2013. Now they are ready to give my money back but for that they are deliberately troubling me…they are asking me to come to collect my money in a very unrealistic time…9 at night, the shopkeeper know that i am a working girl living alone at Pune. I called and ask to give money at day time but his attitude was like I m giving u cash so if u want u can come and take..I am completely fed up of these people.

I want them to behave properly with me and give my money back
