3 days after i bought nokia 720, problems started coming in my phone.Outgoing audio through the phone fades sometimes, vibration in the phone makes creepy noises sometimes, audio jack stopped working after few days,phone was 1st submitted within 15 days of purchase,but problem was not rectified.phone returned after few days, again when contact customer care through mail, they asked to give phone again no one called or mailed after submitting the phone. After 18 days,phone was returned to me, but still vibration,audio problem not solved. Even after repeated requests no one from company accepted my request to replace the defective handset, which costed 17k rupees,plus phone was a bit damaged when returned to me. i want a replacement for my phone, as per the company policy , which says the company will replace if company can’t repair it
