I brought a Nokia Lumia 720 handset on 13th Jan 2014 and the very next day I found camera flickering. I observed it for 2 days and finally visited Spice Hotspot store to report the problem. The executive Ankit told me the settings were not correct and he has fixed it now. To the greatest of my surprise, the camera again started flickering and once again I went to Spice hotspot showroom with the problem. They upgraded some software and finally agreed that the product has defect and I need to report it to Nokia service centre at Vaishali. I insisted that Spice should replace it rather me going to Nokia centre. Spice executive agreed to accompany me to Nokia service centre on 17th Jan and Nokia centre checked and found product hardware defect and asked it needs to be repaired. I didnt agree with repair and insisted for replacement. Finally I have left my phone at spice outlet for them to resolve the matter. It seems Spice has intentionally sold defective handset to me and I feel deeply depressed and cheated with fraud. Please help. Regards Suchitra Phone : 9654994xxx
