I have bought Nokia Lumia 720 on 25th december 2013. i am facing problems like touch,speaker and volume key. first time i got touch problem in march 2014 and submitted at nokia care in ameerpet,hyderabad they have taken more than 20 days.second time got speaker problem in june and submitted in chennai t.nagar nokia care center and they have taken more than 20 days.third time in jury again touch problem occurred again submitted in nokia care ameerpet.They are not even in a situation to submit my mobile and asked me to come after 40 days so i called to nokia customer care and finally they submitted my mobile and i asked for replacement or refund. executive from nokia call center agreed for that and sent request to his superiors but they did’t provided me replacement and serviced that mobile and gave me back and said me like spare part came from nokia main office so there will not be any problem in future.fourth time yesterday i submitted my mobile for same touch and volume down key is not working in nokia care ameerpet and they asking for 40 days because they need to send that mobile to nokia company and get it serviced.I am asking for for replacement.My job sheet number for 4th time is 302465550/140919/003.

I want replacement of my mobile with any other model and give me back by travelling expenses for four times or give my money back which I paid for my mobile and travelling expenses.
