Dear Sir, This is in relate to my Nokia Lumia 520 cell which I have purchased from Nokia. I have purchased this set on 01/03/2014 and within 2 months I was facing an issue with my camera button and got that repaired from Nokia center. But recently one month back I faced an issue where cell is heating up and its too hot to touch. And one day when I was charging the phone all of a sudden after 15 minutes the LCD cracked and the cell was very very hot. I immediately contacted Nokia care center Barasat and according to them its a physical damage and they provided nokia customer care number. I contacted them, request no:1-15271526054 they asked me to visit the nokia care again and do a ILS test and now according to them its a physical damage and they would not replace my cell. I am not getting any help. They have provided me a faulty cell and now they are not willing to replace. A cell which is too hot to touch and any time there can be an accident and my life can be in danger.This is a safety hazard issue and they are not helping me.
