sir,i puchased my nokia lumia 820 on 10.03.2013,only after 1-2 days I realized that its volume button was not working properly,after which I went to nokia priorty,they refused to entertain my problem which was really disappointing because while purchasing you assure that customer problems will be addressed as the first priority,then I took my phone to NOKIA CARE,KORMANGALA,BANGALORE,on 25.04.2013 where they charged me Rs.1200 inspite my phone being under warranty of 1 year.What is the meaning of WARRANTY for Nokia?????Nokia service is really disappointing.
